A Neutral Nursery

A Neutral Nursery...how does one do it!? Since we aren't finding out the gender of our baby (gasp!) we will have to figure out how to make a gender neutral nursery. I know myself well enough to know that if I go with a neutral color like green, yellow, teal, orange, etc... I will immediately want to change it to fit the babys gender once babe is here which will incidentally make my painting "loving" hubby want to kill or divorce me soon after. Probably divorce though..because we've discussed killing and I'm worth much more alive to him.
Anyway! This has led me to picking a super neutral color other than the dreaded white and add pops of color afterward. I'm obsessed with grays and my amazingly talented old friend from high school used her gorgeous blog, The Moon and the Honey, to put together some ideas within that color scheme but adding a pop of...gold!? I think I love it!

Other ideas I've been loving through Pinterest with the help of my also amazingly talented designer friend, Christina from Rhys Cameron:

That's the best I've got. It's a tough one. Not as tough as the name game though....dear lord, at this rate this babe will not have a name. But that's another post :) What do you think about the options!?

XOXO
